2. Sleeping more or less

People who are depressed often have problems with their sleep. Interestingly, it can affect different people in different ways.

Some people find that they can literally not stay awake and want to be asleep the whole time – often in the fetal position.

Others find that because they are stressed, that they can’t get to sleep…

    It’s not that one feel’s like they are a failure. That is too easy to say.
    I find that I have no problem in putting myself into action, work, hobbies, physical fitness. The problem I have is age, not finding other’s who are into what I am into. People are too much of the “hi, how are you”. They walk on not wanting you to answer. Few do, but this still is nothing more than a 15 min nothing real conversation.
    So. Yes. I have a deep loathing, but it’s because I feel that there is something wrong with me. That I am cursed, never too find a real friendship, or know what it mean’s to love someone. (yea. I feel I’ve forgotten how), but than I do think self loathing is a harsh term.
    I just hate feeling unloved
